About Vet-One

Vet-One was founded in 1999 - A time when computer literacy wasn't commonplace amongst the population, and it was important to make software simple, intuitive, and accessible. These are tenets that we have continued to develop by, always ensuring that Vet-One's functionality can be comprehended and mastered by anyone.

An early adopter of cloud-based infrastructure, Vet-One did away with cumbersome and unreliable in-house servers, electing to store data centrally. This means that data integrity and security aren't the concern of the practice, but are instead taken care of automatically, with practice data being updated daily and retained for 30 days.

You can run Vet-One on just about any device with a browser and an internet connection. We'll never dictate your hardware and that means you're probably ready to use Vet-One with the hardware you already own.

Ease of access doesn't mean insecure. While Vet-One has the potential to be accessed from any location on any device, it's possible to lock down user accounts to only access the system from specific locations (e.g., the practice), on specific days, and/or at specific times of day. You choose who can do what, when, and where.
